Product:
We print T-shirts, sweatshirts, polo shirts and hundreds of other products. Broker supplied garments shipped to us are required to be labeled with job name or purchase order number as well as the Broker’s name. Please over-ship garments by 2-3%. WholesaleT-shirtPrinting.com does not take responsibility for garments damaged due to shipping or manufacturer defect.

Pricing:
Wholesale custom screen-printing prices are based on total quantity, how many colors in your design(s) and how many locations you print. We are confident that our prices are the lowest on the Internet! See our published price list click here, or get a quote click here.

Artwork:
We accept artwork via e-mail in the following formats: Corel Draw, Adobe Illustrator, Adobe Photoshop and others. See click here for more information. Four color process is our specialty! We also offer a free clip art library see click here.

Basic ink colors:
WholesaleT-shirtPrinting.com offers a wide selection of basic ink colors (see click here). We also offer PMS color matching (see click here) at no extra charge!

Payment Options:
A 60% deposit is required to begin production, the balance shall be due and billed upon completion and shipment of your order.  We accept all major credit cards (Visa, Master Card, Discover and American Express) and debit cards bearing the Visa or Master Card emblem. Please note credit/debit card payments are processed through “Cross For You” our parent company.

We also accept checks and money orders (please allow extra time for the mail and for checks to clear). 

Satisfaction Guarantee:
Screen-printed items are guaranteed to hold the ink through normal laundering procedure (see garment tag for instructions). We use the best quality screen printing equipment available and have professional designers on staff to insure every project’s success. Our attentive customer service staff will do everything possible to make you and your client are 100% happy with your order!

Shipping:
We normally drop-ship product directly to your customer via UPS ground. Shipping costs are the responsibility of the Broker. Delivery time varies according to zip code. (See click here for estimated delivery times.) Upon request we also ship via U.S. Postal service, as well as UPS Next-Day and Second-Day-Air. 

Minimums: 
The minimum order for wholesale screen-printing 12 pieces. However the price is based on a sliding scale: the greater the quantity – the less the price. See our published price list click here, or get a quote click here

Production Time:
Our standard production time is 3-5 business days. Production time is dependent on many variables such as total quantity of pieces, how busy we are, how complicated your artwork is, etc. However we pledge to process orders in a timely manner. We do not charge extra for rush orders and will do our best to meet your deadline!

Ordering Procedure:
We have combined the best balance of automation and human supervision in our online order form. Information you will need at the time you place your order is: garment type and color, quantity, sizes, image size(s), print location(s), ink color(s), preferred delivery date, credit card information, billing address, shipping address. You may send artwork send as an e-mail attachment.

Set-Up and Miscellaneous Charges:
At WholesaleT-shirtPrinting.com, there are NO Set-Up and miscellaneous charges!!!!  There is no hidden fees, no screen charges, film charges, no PMS color matching fee, no extra charge for puff or metallic inks, no bull, --- just quality wholesale screen printing and excellent service every time!

Reorders:
You will NEVER have to pay set-up charges on re-orders; however pricing on reorders is based on total quantity you reorder. In other words if your original order was 1000 units and your reorder is 500 then you can expect to pay a little more per unit. On the other hand if your reorder is for 1500 units then expect to pay less.

Sales Taxes

Only California residents are subject to paying sales taxes unless you hold a valid resale permit, in which case we will require a signed resale certificate on file.

Nonprofit Sales Tax Exemption

Although many nonprofit and religious organizations are exempt from fed­eral and state income tax, there is no similar broad exemption from California sales and use tax. The IRS states that state tax applies unless there is a specific legal exemption or exclusion.  click here for more information.
